Book of Shadows Ebook

Book of Shadows Paperback

A Readers Review

Helpful and insightful By Heather Clissett
I’ve read the book through however it is a book to use and refer back to, as well as write your own notes as you progress in your magick journey. The recipes at the end are very good, and again have room for notes if variations

About this Book

This is a Book of Shadows with a difference. In this book you will find not only blank pages but, references and suggestions for everything you need to start you on this path or help you to continue on your journey in the Craft of the Wise.

Soraya produced this as a paperback and Ebook so that you can access what you are looking for immediately using your phone or tablet, however the paperback version will afford you the opportunity to fill in the blank pages with your own magickal workings.

Many have asked Soraya where do I start?

Perfect for beginners! By Emma. This book is my ESSENTIAL read! I bought it as a complete novice and it’s information is invaluable. VERY easy to understand without being ‘preachy’. Useful for anyone getting started in witchcraft, Wicca etc but unsure on which path to take. Easy to pick up and just flick to whatever you need to know-doesn’t have to be read straight through. HIGHLY recommended.

Book of Spells Ebook

Book of Spells Paperback

A Readers Review

A book shelf must have By Louise. How refreshing it is to open a book and feel the need to finish it within the first couple of pages! I am continuously drawn back to this book for reference and sometimes purely for the sake of reading it again. I find a lot of the spells are not relevant to me but then again who can honestly say they have gone through a spell book and used them all if any!

The book is easy to read and goes into a fairly detailed description of what the craft is, why we use it, how to use it and there is even a section about where the bad press comes from for people like us!

Soraya offers her own experiences in the book when explaining why certain spells should be avoided for example the love spell that lead to a broken heart! This book is intriguing, i feel it is mostly written towards beginners but offers a nice refresher for the experienced witch too

About this Book

Arrange your wedding in a simple natural ceremony.

How to Jump the Broomstick

About this Book

These days, many couples want to arrange their own wedding in a simple natural ceremony and surroundings. A handfasting ceremony is perfect for this, and you do not have to be a Witch, or follow the Pagan Path, to create your own perfect day.

A handfasting ceremony is perfect for this, but a handfasting is not a legal ceremony unless an officially recognised celebrant conducts the ceremony.

That does not mean that you can’t have a handfasting. Have your handfasting before or after a registry office wedding, and you do not have to be a witch or follow the pagan path either.

You might wonder what a Naming Ceremony is… Simply, it is a blessing, similar to a Christening, where the child is blessed with love and protection. Those who attend the ceremony give the child gifts which cannot be bought.

Give these gifts… The Gift of Love, The Gift of Health The Gift of Happiness

Every recipe is like a little spell bringing the opportunity to create love and positive energy.

The Kitchen Witch

A Readers Review

Some yummy recipes By Willow. I really enjoy Soraya’s books, having previously read ‘Tarot’ and ‘Spells’. Her works are very readable, easy to understand and then put into practice. This book would be useful to everyone interested in cooking, not just witches.

It contains sabbat rituals, with associated colours, crystals and incense recipes for each one. It tells you the magical properties of herbs, spices and flowers along with what’s best to use them with in cooking to help in creating your own recipes. Lots of recipes are given for each sabbat, including curries, salads, soups, cakes etc.
Some of my favourites are-
Samhain: Roast ham with rosemary, upside down apple pie, cinnamon bread, lemon and rosemary biscuits, chocolate apples, toffee apples, cider punch, pumpkin soup, pumpkin seed bread, pumpkin cookies, pumpkin muffins and orange trifle.
Yule: Roast turkey with bacon and gravy, chestnut stuffing, clootie dumpling, cardamon and vodka biscuits, spicy milk and wassail.
Imbolc: Potato and leek soup, spicy loaf, spell cake, crescent cakes, fruit and nut bread and girdle scones.
Ostara: Onion soup, honey-glazed ham, herby potatoes, and sunflower seed bread.
Beltane: Omelette, handfasting cake, honey cake, may wine and elderflower cordial.
Litha: Chicken goujons, eves pudding, litha cake, litha punch, mead and lemonade.
Lammas: Creamy potato and nutmeg, roasted roots, lemon tartlets, islay loaf, wholemeal bread, granary bread and strawberry jam.
Mabon: Potato soup, lasagne, corn bread, scotch pancakes and apple crumble.
Recipes for natural cleaning products for the home are also given, and some simple remedies for minor ailments. Great book.Blessed be 🙂

Whether you are a new witch or not you may find it difficult to find the right verse for your purpose. Rhyming gets easier the more often your practice and here are some rhymes to get you started or to stimulate your creative writing.

You can use them as they are or you can modify them to suit your purpose. Just remember the golden rules.
Never try to change another’s path. When asking for love never name a specific person. Never cast a spell to win the lottery. Use your words very carefully as you may get what you want in a manner that would break your heart. Remain honourable and put others before yourself. Blessed Be
