My friend believes that everyone has a guardian angel that keeps them from harm. She has certainly had a charmed life – she has a lovely husband and no money worries, while I am divorced and struggle on with one income. I wish I could see an improvement in my life, but I fear my own guardian angel is on strike.
Perhaps your friend has a more positive mindset and this in itself would direct her future. Believing that she has a guardian angel further accentuates her belief in “all things turning out right in the end”.
For you, being born under the sign of Libra gives you a degree of independence and perhaps this has prevented you from asking for help when you have needed it but it never too late to ask.
Pick a time when you will not be disturbed, switch off the TV, unplug your landline and mobile phones, and close your curtains. Choose a comfortable chair in front of a small occasional table and place a candle in a candleholder on the table. Light your candle and sit quietly in front of it.
Your feet should be flat on the floor and your hands placed comfortably palms up or down on your lap. Fix your gaze on the candle flame and relax your breathing. Breathe in slowly and deeply through your mouth and breathe out through your nose.
As you breathe in imagine that you are breathing in light positive energy and as you breathe out imagine that you are breathing away all and any worries or troubles.
After a little while, when you feel very relaxed begin to think about your guardian angel. Think about what he or she would look like and when you have a picture of that angel in your mind ask into yourself for your guardian angel to come forward and protect and guide you every day.
Do not worry if you fall into a sleep. Perform this exercise as often as you like and soon you will realise that you have always had a guardian angel but you just did not listen before.
