I have had a chronic illness for well over a year now. It comes and goes, but I never feel completely well, despite various medical treatments. Can you see me getting better this year?
I am a great believer in you are what you eat and these days I think we have to be careful about certain foods having too many added ingredients that we are unfamiliar with. My advice would be to listen first to your doctor and then heed your natural instincts. Your body will tell you what you need. Fresh air and fresh food are the keys to a healthy life style and if you can some gentle exercise.
We get good energy from these things but also from the company that you keep and the things that you say and do. Ask yourself these questions,
“Is there someone among your circle that is a drain on your energy?”
“Are you always thinking back to the past to things that went wrong or were better?”
“Do you spend too much time on your own?”
If you answer yes to any of these questions then you should think about changing some things. Look forward to the future and change what you can and you will soon feel much better.
