BEAUTY
Decorate your altar with objects that are symbolic of your beauty, cast your circle and then sit or stand in front of your altar. Cross your palms in front of your face so that your wrists are touching each other. In that position raise your arms so that your crossed wrists are just above your forehead. Your fingers should remain splayed open. Now draw your hands down over your face and visualise that you are becoming more beautiful. Draw your hands out to separate them, then go back to the beginning, and repeat this exercise. Do this several times whilst reciting the following verse.
Mirror mirror on the wall
I ask the Lady come to call
Beauty is my heart’s desire
Blessed by water earth air and fire
To look my best is what I seek
Yet always remain humble and meek
Tis not my ego I seek to enhance
But how I look to win the chance
The chance to be what I can be
I ask this of the Goddesses three
And it harm none so mote it be
